I am Crystal Ross, a Licensed Massage Therapist as of October 2022. Graduate of Center for Massage & Natural Health in Asheville, NC in August 2022. I started Massage by Crystal Ross in October 2022. Recently developed into Balanced Bodywork by Crystal Ross LMT. I have worked with many different body types with a variety of goals for each session. The goals are to relax, ease pain, help with muscle recovery, and release tension. Helping with carpel tunnel, TMJ, plantar fasciitis, muscle cramps, and migraines. Helping to improve stress levels, improve sleep, and overall relaxation.
